Meet the Administrator
Sherry Lemin has been with Rebecca's Personal Care Home for eight years. She started as a Direct Care Staff person on nightshift. In 2022 she became the manager and in 2025 became the Administrator of Rebecca's. Along with completing the Department of Human Services administrator training, she has also completed "medication administration train the trainer course". This allows her to train all of our medication technicians to safely administer medications.

Meet the Medication Manager
Sara Reyan has been with Rebecca's for three years and is a crucial part of management. The Medication Manager keeps open communication with doctors on new medication orders and changes. She communicates with staff on all changes and on how to administer medications properly and safely.
Sara has a work ethic like no other, and it shows with the residents

Maintenance Dustin Miller's father, Jim Miller does maintenance every week at the care home. He loves each and every resident and enjoys doing things for them. If they need a shelf or a mirror hung, he's their man.
Caregiving of the soul is what this man is all about. Some use their hearts and hands for caregiving. He uses a hammer!
